Pull Up Strength (5X3) (REST AS NEEDED)
- Whatever is heavy for you (Bands, Weighed, etc)

Between pull up sets choose any of the following...
1. Max Height Box Jump
2. 250m Row Sprint
3. 200m Run Sprint
