50 DU's (150 Singles)
300 Yard Shuttle Run (75-50-25 & Back)
75 DU's (225 Singles)
150 Yard Shuttle Run (50-25 & Back)

50 Yard Shuttle Run (25 & Back)
* 18 Minute Cutoff For This Workout *
REST 2 MINUTES AS YOU WALK BACK UP TO WEIGHT ROOM FROM FB FIELD

Front Squats (135#/95#)(Try To Do All Front Squat Reps Unbroken)
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
* 15 Minute Cutoff *
** This Is A Descending Ladder... Round 1 is 50 DU's OR 100 Singles Followed By 10 Front Squats, Then Round 2 is 45/90 and 9 Front Squats, So On & So Forth Until You Reach 5/10 and 1 FS
