NEW DAYS AND TIMES POSTED!

I want you all to have the most access to most classes that you can so please note the change to the class times and days off to the right... I've moved regular weekday class times on Monday and Wednesday to 15 minutes later so you have a little more time to find parking and get in here to start your warm up and I've moved Friday class to Thursday at 6:15PM

Additionally, I've added an open gym time on Tuesday from 5:30-7:00PM where you can come in and work on a weakess, make up a workout you missed during the week, or do an additional workout that will be posted on the board for that day...


All these changes are effective IMMEDIATELY!!  Hope this helps...
