* Try To Do Unbroken and With NO Significant Pausing At The Top OR The Bottom *
** REST AS NEEDED BETWEEN SETS **


CONDITIONING WORK:
Dumbbell Swings
Push Press
1&1, 2&2, 3&3, 4&4, 5&5, Etc
* 8 Minutes *
** As Many Reps As Possible **
(Goal is to get to 10&10 or further)
