all cardio tonight 1600m row 5:37 just tried to ease my way through it haven't rowed in a longtime felt good!! also rode for 55 calories in 5 minutes on the bike. also threw in a 500 meter row during warmup no time for that one just worked up a sweat. enjoyed the open gym oppturnity to do something i enjoy.Roger
