WORKOUT:
3 Kipping Pull Ups (Chin Above Bar) (SUB - 6 Jumping)
6 DB Push Presses (20#/35#) (DB Must Touch Top of Shoulder and Full Elbow/Shoulder Extension)
9 AbMat Sit Ups (Chest Touching Knee)
10 ROUNDS
* 8 Minute Cutoff *
* Try To Go Rx'd, but I want a DB Weight That Will Allow You To Keep 45 sec RDS or faster *
