CHANGES TO INTRO PROGRAM...

I've made changes to the intro training session program for new individuals to better prep them for the kind of environment they will experience once they complete all their 1 on 1 sessions...

Before it was FOUR intro sessions... That has been changed to SIX so that I can spend more time on the vital movements to our training along with hitting the more complicated movements more than once so there is more clarity and opportunity to ask questions and practice them...

Secondly, before individuals received a full MONTH free at a rate of up to THREE classes per week for that month... That has been changed to TWO WEEKS free after completion of 1 on 1's, but they will have UNLIMITED class access for those two weeks after which their first month of dues will be due...

I think these changes will benefit new people a lot more than the old set up... Feel free to comment on this and give options on any additions you feel would help newbies to stick with it...
