22 DB Swings (70#/55#)
22 Box Jumps (20"/24")
Run 400 meters
22 Burpees
22 Thrusters (65#/95#)
* Between You & Your Partner You Will Alternate Exercises Between The Two Of You Until You Complete All Five Rounds Of The Workout
** Example: Person 1 Does 22 Swings, Person 2 Does 22 Box Jumps, Person 1 Runs 400m... Keep Alternating All The Way Though

You Have 30 Minutes As A Team To Finish This Workout

That was a wicked WOD! Between running and Thrusters, and of course buprees my legs were shot.Team Wods are kinda fun you ask me. it always adds a little extra to the WOD!!! Nice Going to my partner Luke!!
