WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

WORKOUT:
* Using a Standard 52 Card Deck of Cards Complete the Following:
- Each Suit Will Correspond To A Specific Exercise
- The Number On The Card Will Be The Number Of Reps To Be Performed For That Exercise
- Shuffle The Deck Then Perform The Exercises and Reps In The Order That They Occur As You Flip Through The Deck... NO CHEATING!!

Hearts - Wall Ball (20#/15#)
Diamonds - DB Bent Over Row (50#/30#)
Clubs - Power Cleans (115#/75#)(Plates Must Touch The Floor)
Spades - Toes To Bar, Knees To Elbow OR GH Sit Ups (Pick The Hardest That You Can Complete)
Joker - 400m Run OR 500m Row

This is a 20 Minute AMRAP (As Many Reps As Possible)

POST ALL WEIGHTS USED AND TOTAL AMOUNT OF REPS COMPLETED TO COMMENTS
