Option 1:
1 Rope Climb (15')
5 HSPU's (Hands Elevated, If Possible)(Can Only Use 1 Pad If You Can't Touch The Floor)
10 Alternating Pistol Squats (No Box, But You May Squat, Roll & Pistol & Use Band Assistance)
Option 2:
1 Strict OR Weighted Pull Up (No Bands & Use Any Weight)
5 Ring OR 10 Bar Dips (Band Assist Permitted On Both Versions)
20 Alternating Box Assisted Pistol Squats
Option 3:
10 Second Pull Up Hold (Elbows Bent To 90 Degrees)
20 Second Handstand Hold (Facing Wall) OR Push Up Hold (Elbows Bent To 90 Degrees)
30 Second Lunge Hold (Back Knee 1" Above The Ground)(30 Seconds PER Leg)

** Complete As Many Rounds As Possible In 20 Minutes **
