- Take This Time To Work On Your Pull Ups If You Still Haven't Quite Figured Them Out
OR
- Perform 5 Minutes Of Shoulder Prep Then Do A Specific Number Of CHEST TO BAR Kipping OR Butterfly Pull Ups Every Minute On The Minute For 10 Minutes... Goal Is To Pick A Challenging Rep Number BUT Make Sure You Can Maintain This For The Whole Time Period

Hang Squat Snatch

* Practice The Movement OR Go Heavy... Either Option Work On Getting Better At This Vital Lift!
** You Have The Remaining Time To Work On This Lift - 20-30 Minutes
