Second To Last Week Of Free Summer Fitness & Toughest Workout To Date... Great Work Put In By Everyone... Here Was The Workout:

10 Rounds Of The Following:
24 Second Hollow Rock Hold
12 Push Ups (Straight Leg OR Knees, Depending On Abilities)
8 Inverted Rows (Again Straight OR Bent Legs)
10 ROUNDS
* However, The Workout Starts With A Full Stadium Stair Sprint & You Will Repeat This Stair Sprint Every 5 Minutes Until You Finish All 10 Rounds Of Work... Cutoff Was 30 Minutes

Eldon Ripped It Up With A Time Of 19 Minutes With Megan & Jill Right Behind At 21 Minutes and 23 Minutes... Congrats Go Out To Heather & Will On Pushing Through All The Way To The 30 Minute Time Cap!
