12 Sumo Deadlift High Pull (110#/93#) (Bar Must Clear Collarbone)
12 Burpee Stick Jumps (20/24")
12 Power Clean (High Catch, But Lift Starts At The Floor For Each Rep)(155#/110#)(80-85% 1RM)
12 Strict Pull Ups (Chin Above Bar Only)
400m Run (Out Door Around ONE Campus Building & Back)
9 DB PP
9 SDHP
9 Burpee SJ
9 PC
9 Strict PU's
200m Run (Out The Door, Down To The Emergency Pole & Back)
6 DB PP
6 SDHP
6 Burpee SJ
6 PC
6 Strict PU's

* You Have 30 Minutes To Complete This Workout, Individual Workout Cut Is 20 Minutes*
** This Is A Workout Designed To Be Done With 2-3 People
*** The Catch Is Only One Person Can Proceed At A Time... So Person 1 Does The 800m Run & Once They Finish Person 2 Can Start Their Run While Person 1 Proceeds Onto The DB Push Press...
***** If Person 1 Is Still Push Pressing When Person 2 Finishes Their Run Then Person 2 Must Wait Until Person 1 Finishes To Start Doing Their Push Presses & So On Throughout The Whole Workout...
