6 Hang Squat Cleans (65#/95#)(Bar Must Pass BELOW Knee To Start & Be FULL Squatted)
12 Jumping Pull Ups (Full Elbow Lock & Touch Chest To Bar If You Can)
*As Many Rounds As Possible In 8 Minutes*
GOAL: 8 Rounds
REST 2 MINUTES
Part 2 -
10 Standing Long Jumps (4 Feet/6 Feet)(Feet CAN NOT Touch Tape Otherwise Rep Is No Good)
20 Push Ups (No Hand Release Required & Knees Are Permitted, BUT Try Not Scale It!)
* 3 ROUNDS *
(4 Minute Cutoff)
REST 2 MINUTES
Part 3 -
50 DB Swings (35#/55#)
* Every Time You Put The Weight Down You Must Perform 3 Burpees *
No Cutoff On This One, But Try To Not Put The Weight Down At All!
(There Will Be A 5 Minute Clock For This One... But You Won't Be Cut Off If You Surpass That)
POST RESULTS FOR PART 1 (TOTAL ROUNDS), PART 2 (TOTAL TIME), & PART 3 (TOTAL TIME) ALONG WITH ANY SCALING TO COMMENTS
