* Dual Goals On This Workout... Push To Get As Close To Your Current One Rep Max Deadlift As Possible By The Final Set, But Also Push The Weights For The Higher Rep Sets...

Take As Long As Needed To Rest Between Sets... We Will Build Up To Around 90-95% Of Your Best Deadlift For Your First Set Of One Rep & Aim For 75-80% For The Set Of 10... From There The Weights Are Up To You!
