WORKOUT:
2 Push Up Wall Walks (Sub - 4 Push Up Hand Walks)
4 Alternating DB Ground To Overhead (35#/55#)(Snatch OR Clean & OH Are The Options)
8 Inverted Rows (Try To Touch Chest To Bar)
* As Many Rounds As Possible In 10 Minutes *

Go Fast, But Hold As Tight Of A Hollow Body Position As Possible On The Walks & The Rows
