15 Inverted Rows (Chest Must Touch!)
15 Push/Split JERKS (You Must Perform A Jerk Each Rep, No Push Pressing Allowed)(65#/95#)
15 Toes 2 Bar/Knee 2 Elbow OR GH Sit Ups
15 Front Squats (65#/95#)
15 Hand Release Burpees
* 3 ROUNDS *

* 20 Minute Cutoff For This Workout... Scale Accordingly!

Tim- started with 115# for first round then switched to 95# for last 2 rounds, completed 2rds and on 3rd everything but 15 burbees within the 20 min limit
