STRENGTH/ENDURANCE TEST: (Depending On Your Pull Up Abilities)
Perform 2 Sets to COMPLETE Failure of Strict/Band Assisted Pull Ups
* Attempt To Beat Your Total From Last Time By As Many Reps As Possible... Use The Same Band Set Up As Last Time... CHECK YOUR SCORES FROM LAST TIME HERE
** Rest PRECISELY 2 Minutes Between Sets **

SKILL/POWER ENDURANCE: 
Perform 1 Hang Squat Snatch Every Minute For 15 Minutes
* Warm Up To Around 70-80% Of Your Best 1 Rep Max Squat Snatch... I Want Skill Work Here So I Would Prefer You To Immediately Drop Into The Squat On This One, But If You Are Just Not There Yet Then The Only Requirement Is That The Bar Must Pass Through A Full Squat Before You Reset The Bar To The Floor...
