* The Goal Of This Workout As In A Previous Workout Is Lowest Score Possible... To Figure Your Score Take Your Total Time For The Whole Workout (In Seconds) MINUS The Total Weight Moved During The Workout (All The Squat Clean Thruster Weights + Any Added Weight On The Pull Ups)

** Make A Weight Increase On The Thrusters Whenver Possible... This Can Be At The Beginning Of Each Round As The Reps Decrease OR At Any Time In The Middle Of A Round...
