WORKOUT:
30 Second Hollow Hold OR If You Can Turn It Into A Hollow Rock
20 Pull Ups (Whatever Version You Can Get To... Kipping, Strict, Band Assisted OR Jumping)
10 Hand Release Twisting Push Ups (Do 1 Push Up Then Rotate & Reach Your R & L Hand To Sky)
* 5 Rounds *

Strength option - 12ounce curls, your choice!!!
Workout Portion - eat as much pizza and wings as you can in two hours!!! teams allowed.

(Time includes trying to work around all the annoying people at 24 Hour Fitness sitting on the equipment talking on their cell phones....you all know what I mean....)
