10 DB Push Up Row Burpees (15-25's/25-35's)
100 Yard Shuttle Run (5 yds, 10 yds, 15 yds & 20 yds & Back)
* Max Rounds In 20 Minutes *

We Will Hit Some Running Technical Work For 10 Minutes Prior To Starting This Workout

DB Push Up Row Burpees Start With A Push Up Down To Two DBs Held In Your Hands, Then You Will Row Each DB To Your Chest While Still In The Push Up Position Then Perform A Burpee With Those Same DBs Finishing With A Jump With The DBs In Hand...
