WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

POWER:
Tabata DB Push Press (20-30's/30-40's)
* You Will Have 20 Seconds To Get As Many Reps As You Can, But You Will Perform Just One Round Every 2 Minutes In Order To Maximize The Amount Of Reps You Perform During Your 20 Second Work Period
* 5 Total Sets *

WORKOUT:
9 DB Deadlifts (Touch Both Ends Of The DB To The Ground)(30's/40's)
6 Double DB Swings (30's/40's)
3 DB Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (30's/40's)
* As Many Rounds As Possible In 6 Minutes *

* We Will Stagger This Workout Into Heats As Needed... Try To Get As Close To Rx'd As You Can!
