We Will Have An Additional 6:15PM Class Tonight Along With Our Normal 7 & 7:45 Classes

STRENGTH & SKILL WORK: 
We Will Break This Up In Order To Get Everyone A Chance To Get Some Pull Up Strength Work In Along With Some Gymnastics Skill Work...

Strict Pull Ups
3 Sets For Max Total Reps
- Use No Band If You Can Get At Least 5 OR More Each Set
OR
- Use A Band, But You Must Be Able To Get 6 OR More Each Set

BETWEEN PULL UP SETS...

Pistol Squat Skill Work (Sets Of 3-5 Each Leg Per Attempt)
- Try A Box, Band, OR If You Have Them Already Try Making Them Weighted With A Med Ball, DB's OR Plates

* 15-20 Minutes * 

WORKOUT:
60 Single Unders
10 Burpees
* 10 Rounds *

18 Minute Cutoff For This Workout
