On a 20 minute clock:
Practice Thrusters, try and find the weight you will use on Saturday.
Practice Chest 2 Bar Pull-ups, figure out if you can do them, or where you need to scale to on Saturday.
Spend a few minutes on Double Unders... set a new PR, or just try and get your first one.
