WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

WORKOUT:
Chipper Madness:
50 Bar Facing Barbell Jumps (Must Be Facing The Bar Before You Jump Over It)
30 Hang Power Cleans (155#/105#)(Bar Must Go Below Mid-Thigh Each Rep)
100 Double Unders (Sub Is 100 Lateral Barbell Jumps... No Exceptions!)
20 Front Squats (155#/105#)
200 Single Unders (In Other Words, Just Regular Jump Rope)
10 Push JERKS (No Other Overhead Movements Allowed Here... It Must Be A Jerk)
(20 Minute Cutoff)

Scale Accordingly In Order To Allow You To Finish Or Get To At Least The Push Jerks At The Very Least Before The Cutoff, BUT This Is Meant To Be A Fairly Heavy Barbell Workout So Pick A Weight Where Achieving 6-8 Reps Per Barbell Movement Is Tough, But Not Unmanagable Or DANGEROUS... Aim For Around 70-80% Of You Best Clean Max For This Workout If You Can't Go Rx'd
