4 Rounds For Time:

2 Wall Walks
6 Burpees
6 Front Squats (165/105)

*10min cut-off for this workout guys and gals, so let's get you scaled appropriately. The Wall Walks must be started with your chest in contact with the floor, you then walk your feet up the wall and push yourself into a handstand. Your chest must make contact with the wall before you walk yourself back down, making sure your chest is all the way to the floor before moving to the next rep. You must clean the barbell from the floor for the Front Squats. Look at it this way... at least the burpees aren't weighted... :-)
