WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

WORKOUT:
700m Run (To Bucky's Gas Station & Back)
50 Stick Jumps (16"/20")
30 Inverted OR Ring Rows
* 2 Rounds *
(16 Minute Cutoff)

Stick jumps are just like they sound... A PVC will be placed on top of two boxes and you can jump over it anyway you choose as long as you don't know it off the boxes...

For the rows you must try to touch your chest to the rings/bar to count and you can scale the movement by bending your knees, if needed...

DRESS WARM IF YOU'RE DOING THE MORNING CLASSES!
