20 No-Squat Wall Ball Shots (20/14)
20 Sit-ups
20 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)

*The Wall Ball Shots will be done without a full squat, instead using a Push Press motion to toss the ball. There will be a 10 minute cutoff for this workout.
