6 Double-Dose Squat Cleans (135/95)
*The Double-Dose Squat Cleans are 1 Squat Clean, followed immediately by a Front Squat. In essence, it's a Squat Clean, with two Squats. If you don't understand it, don't worry, it will be explained. :-)

Doing the nutrition challenge and feel good. The diet is allowing me to eat enough, so other than having to ignore some cravings it is not too bad. I have lost 10 pounds so far.

Nutrition challenge is going well so far. Down four pounds from last week. I still need to kick the diet coke habit, but I'm working on it.
