Ok, another new update for everyone...
In place of our prior strength class we will try offering this instead...
Starting soon we will offer a strength specific class twice per week on Tuesday & Thursday nights...
Tuesday night at 7pm we will offer a "slow lift" strength/technique class... These will involve one of the following: press, bench, back squat & deadlift plus some accessory strength work...
Thursday nights at 7:30pm we will offer a Olympic Lifting strength/technique class... These will involve one of the following: snatch, clean, push press, push jerk & split jerk plus some accessory strength work...
It's up to you whether you want to do one or both classes each week, every other week, etc... Each class will be $10 each for about an hour of skill & strength work per class...
Get stronger and your fitness levels will follow!!
