15 minutes on Muscle Up & Tire Flipping technique.
Work the transition on Muscle Ups. We will go over Tire Flipping, and yes... you will have time to try them out. :-)


In teams of 2 complete 4 Rounds:

Run 400m
50 Wall Ball Shots (20/14)

**20min cut-off**

*The 400m Runs are completed together as a team. The Wall Ball Shots will be split between the two teammates however they choose. You may not start your Wall Ball Shots until both team members are back from each 400m Run.
