FRIDAY NIGHT SIX MONTH CELEBRATION WOD:

In groups of THREE:
Perform 1 Round Of "Cindy"
5 Pull Ups (Any Kind... Including Partner Assist)
10 Hand Release Push Ups
15 Air Squats

Then Drink 4 Ounces Of Liquid
(Your Choice... Beer, wine, juice, water, etc)
&
Before The Next Partner Can Start Their Round You Must Make A Ping Pong Ball Into Your Empty Cup...

MAX ROUNDS PER TEAM IN 20 MINUTES

This is a BYOB Event along with bringing any food and games for the after party that you want... We will bring some of our own items and extras, but not nearly enough for the crazy record crowd we hope to have for this one...

We have never had 30+ people hitting a WOD all at one time so let's make Friday night the night!!
