SUNDAY WORKOUT

Little bit of a break after all the WOD brutality yesterday :)

SKILL/STRENGTH: 15 minutes
KB Single Arm Snatches - 10 Total Reps (Alternating Arms)
AND/OR
KB Turkish Get Ups - 5 Per Arm
* You can choose to stick with a lighter weight & practice both of these OR go heavy and see if you can get to the 70# KB!

GYMNASTICS WOD: 15-20 minutes
Every 3-5 Minutes After Some Performance Tips For Each Rotate Thru The Following:
#1 SUPER STRICT Knees 2 Elbow OR Toes 2 Bar... Aim for 5-10 Perfect Reps Per Set
#2 Headstands, Summersaults & Freestanding Handstand Push Ups
(Aim for NOT landing on your head in the Summersaults, holding a headstand with legs straight & possibly pressing into a handstand push up)
#3 Anything on the rings (try something different other than muscle ups... Skin the cats, flipping upside down into a HSPU position, reverse muscle ups, etc... Check out www.gymnasticswod.com for some ideas)

MOBILTY WOD: 5-10 Minutes
Lots of band stretching & stretches on the box, etc
