Strength class tonight is the following:
Deadlift
* 5-10 Minutes of set up & technique work
Then...
Build quickly to a 1 rep max... You only have 3 sets TOTAL after a warm up to hit a max
Tempo Push Ups (Knees, If Needed)
3x8-12 reps at a 3/2/1 Tempo
(This means slowly lower for 3 seconds, hold off the ground for 2 seconds then lock out again)
combo with/
3xMax Rep Inverted Ring Rows (15-25 reps at least per set)
combo with/
3x25 Band Resisted Good Mornings (Blue, Green OR Heavy Black Band)
Stretch & Roll For 5-10 Minutes Post-WOD
