Perform 1 POWER SNATCH Every Minute On The Minute For 15 Rounds
* Goal here is HEAVY PRACTICE, but NO MISSES!
Push yourself on the weights, but we want to build confidence with this lift in particular since it's a weak point for many athletes at our gym so try to not miss more than one attempt across all 15 sets...
We will try to partner up if we have larger class sizes...
START AROUND 80-85% OF YOUR BEST KNOWN SNATCH NUMBER ON SET ONE
