SKILL:
Deadlift, Hang Power Clean, Push Jerk

STRENGTH:
Perform FIVE Rounds Of The Following Series Of Movements UNBROKEN For Maximal Weight:
5 Deadlifts
5 Hang Power Cleans
5 Front Squats
5 Push OR Split JERKS (Must Jerk, No Push Pressing)

Once You Start Your Deadlifts You CAN NOT Drop Your Bar Until You Finish Your Last Jerk, If You Drop Early You Will Have 20 Burpees As A Penalty... MISSES ON A JERK THAT RESULT IN A DROP DO NOT COUNT AS A PENALTY...

Once You Finish Your Set REST EXACTLY THREE MINUTES Before Starting Your Next Set...
