Starting November 1st we will begin two additional strength & weakness/skill work days per week (probably Thursday @ 7am OR 7:30pm & Saturday (11am) OR Sunday (2pm)) for about 5-6 Weeks... Like stated above this is IN ADDITION to our conditioning in regular group classes, but the major emphasis for this phase is getting stronger & more powerful on top of improving weaknesses...
Around December 13th we will move to more conditioning emphasis with strength and power work done in a fatigued state or under time pressure and performing your specific "goats" in WODs... This will be for 4-6 more weeks and possibly involve double WODs 1-2 times per week at the same times listed for the strength portion...
About 2-3 weeks out we will try to emphasize the movements we will probably see in the Open and mix them into every combo we can thing of to get us ready to rock by Mid-February!
Top 30 teams in each region move onto regionals!
