Numero Uno…
4 Rounds For Time:
15 Push Presses (75/55)
25 Barbell Jumps
*You will have 6 minutes to complete Numero Uno.
**Rest 8 minutes AFTER the 6 minute cut-off.
Numero Dos…
5 Rounds For Time:
15 Good Mornings (75/55)
15 No Push-up Burpees
*You will have 10 minutes to complete Numero Dos.
*The Push Presses will be Push Presses, not just “Shoulder To Overhead”. Use the barbell from your Push Presses for the Barbell Jumps. The Good Mornings will be done with the barbell held behind your neck, and you must bend to 90 degrees. The No Push-up Burpee is exactly what it sounds like, you must place your hands on the floor, and extend your legs behind you, but you don’t need to lower yourself to the floor for the push-up portion of the Burpee

Silly question - what does "Metcon" mean?
Numero Uno:
3 rounds + 7 push-press (53#)
Numero Dos:
3 rounds + 11 burpees (dude-bar... 45#)
After all this...I'm now struggling to get my arms up so as to re-situate my ponytail. Great workout! :)
1: 3:14- rx
2: 6:46 or 7:46 -rx... I cannot remember which it was :/
No, that was wrong.

3 1/2 rds (had last 25 jumps left) - 45#
9:20 (45#)

OK so I was not paying attention, thought I got DNF on both Metcoms.
"Numero Uno" = 4 Rnds + 10;35# 5ish
"Numero Dos" = DNF 4Rnds;35#
felt good to make a 6:30 class but still DNF 15 barbell jumps short Dammit. on UNO
