MORE ANNOUNCEMENTS!

We will start a Fall Nutrition Challenge in the next few weeks so let us know if you are interested by commenting on this post or signing up at the gym...

Thinking about an 8 week challenge starting around October 22nd in order to include the Thanksgiving & Christmas holidays since these are usually the hardest times of year for people to stay on track so we will give you a 

little extra motivation :)...

Measurements, weigh ins will be every two weeks minimum with the option of weighing weekly, if you want...

There will be THREE WAYS to get your money back on this challenge... 1. Points Tracking, 2. Weight, measurements, etc, 3. WOD Performance... We will go into more detail on these later...

ONE OTHER ANNOUNCEMENT...

We won't give a time on this one, but keep your eyes open for the announcement & any friends, family, etc interested in trying our gym out informed...

Sometime in the near future we will offer our entire two weeks of on ramp introduction programing FREEEEEEEE for ANYONE who wants to try it!!
