SMALL CHANGE TO OUR ON RAMP...

Heads up to those new members currently and those that are considering starting up with us in the future...

We have decided to add one other stipulation to our on ramp program... We currently aim for new members to get three individual on ramp sessions in per week for two weeks before they start regular group classes, however what we have come to realize is that people get the "deer in the headlights
" look once they enter regular classes...

Here's our attempt to work on this... In addition to the three 1 on 1 sessions per week with us we want all current and future on rampers to come to AT LEAST one regular group class per week DURING their two weeks of on ramp so they can get to know current members immediately and be embraced within our community from day one since our community is what sets us apart from every other gym in the city... state... country! :)

May seem like a small change, but it's the little things that make all the difference!
