SUNDAY WORKOUT

STRENGTH: 20 Minutes
Snatch Grip Deadlift
2x5 (Straight Sets)
* This is a NON-MAX emphasis day... The goal here is to build quickly up to a weight that is tough, but where you can hold near PERFECT form for 5 reps with no misses... Rest 3 minutes... Perform another set of 5 again with the SAME WEIGHT as the first set...

Aim for around 110-120% of your best Snatch weight, give or take

WORKOUT: 10 Minutes
"Holding Cindy"... Sort of
10 Second Chin Up Hold (Hold only counts if your elbows are flexed ABOVE 90 degrees)
20 Second Push Up Hold (Hold only counts when your upper arm is PARALLEL with the floor)
30 Second Air Squat Hold (Hold only counts once your hips are BELOW your knees)
* Perform As Many Rounds As Possible In 10 Minutes... There will be a clock beeping every 10 seconds along with a running 10 minute clock in order to make it easier to keep track of your holds on each part

Keep yourself honest on your holds and obviously your maximum amount of rounds possible for this WOD if you go unbroken is around 8-9 or so...
