SUNDAY WORKOUT

Little different strength day since I'm sure you're all a little sore from three WODs yesterday...

WORKOUT:
Barbell Floor Press
&
KB Bent Over Rows X2

You will have THREE weight options to pick from for this workout...
Men - Work up to .75, 1.0 OR 1.25XBodyweight
Women - Work up to .5, .75 OR 1.0XBodyweight

The higher number you choose the more of a strength emphasis this workout will have or you can keep it lighter and work higher reps, BUT you will perform THREE MAX REP SETS with the weight you pick... The reps you get on each set will determine how many KB Rows you complete after your bench set...

Here's an example... My bodyweight is 185 so I would go up to 1.0 times that number which obviously is 185... I could probably get 12-15 reps so once I complete my Floor Press I would do 24-30 KB rows, REST 3-5 Minutes & repeat this pattern two more times with 185 continuing to aim for max reps every time...

The KB row weight is 35#/53# if you pick 1.25 (Men) OR 1.0 (Women)
The KB row weight is 26#/35# if you pick anything else

85# (not quite .5 BW... that would have been 95# or so, but I was doing it without a spotter and it made me nervous to go any heavier!)
