THURSDAY WORKOUT

Time to devote a class to working weakness and getting better at some major gymnastics weaknesses that we all struggle with...

There will be THREE different weakness stations set up around the gym...

Station #1 - Handstand Variations
(Handstand Push Ups - Strict OR Kipping, Handstand Walking AND/OR Ring Handstand Push Ups)

Station #2 - Pull Up Variations
(Kipping Pull Ups, Chest 2 Bar, Butterfly, AND/OR Rope Climbing (Arm Only Or Full Body))

Station #3 - Pistol Variations
(Lunges, Box Pistols, Weight Assisted Pistols, Rolling Pistols OR Regular Pistols)

There will be a running FIVE MINUTE clock for each station... You can start at whichever station you wish, but will rotate to another after 5 minutes and will continue this rotation until you have covered every station TWICE... Don't take these days for granted... You CANNOT rely on trying to improve your weaknesses within a high stress/timed condition... You need to really work the skill hard under a low fatigue, low stress condition before you will see consistent & significant progress!
