15 Minutes of Practice:
Chest2Bar Pull-ups
Full Squat Clean
Burpees

Then… a little throwback from 2009 Regionals.


3 Rounds For Time:

10 Chest2Bar Pull-ups
10 Front Squats (165/115)
10 Burpees

**12 Minute Cut-off**

*Spend a few minutes working on making sure you’re getting somewhere below your clavicle to touch the pull-up bar. The Front Squats will require you to Clean the bar from the floor, you may not use a rack. However, if you do a Full Squat Clean, it will count as a Front Squat rep, as long as the standard for a Front Squat is met. Work on getting more efficient at Burpees during your practice time.
