*The goal is to be able to chain two or more reps together for these movements. For the Double Unders, try putting a few singles in between each Double Under, if you haven’t got them yet.

5 Rounds For Time:
3 Handstand Push-ups
6 Ring Dips
9 Burpees
**8 Minute Cut-off**
*The scaling options for the Handstand Push-ups will be 1)Handstand Push-ups w/Abmats, 2)Handstand Holds (3 seconds per rep), 3) If you cannot perform either of the first 2 options, you will perform a Plank Hold (6 seconds per rep). The scaling option if you cannot perform Ring Dips, will be Box Dips. The Burpees... enjoy them. :-)
