WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

Let's break in the new rowers!

WORKOUT: 15 minutes total per heat
In groups of two per rower, using a running 2:30 clock per round perform the following WOD alternating turns with your partner for THREE total rounds per partner (6 total as a team):

Max Rep KB Swings (53#/70#)

Your score for this WOD is the total amount of swings you achieve across all three rounds of this workout... If 53#/70# is too much for you then you can drop to 35#/53# or lower, but try to do a heavier KB than you are used to...

The goal is at least 50 total reps of swings for this WOD and their is an extra motivating factor if you hit 50+... If you hit 50 or more you will only have a 1:00 hollow hold post-WOD, however if you hit between 40-49 it will be a 1:30 hold instead and anything under 39 is a 2:00 hold... This is accumulated time & doesn't need to be consecutive...
