*The 15 Minutes you have to establish a 1RM Split Jerk, begin after your warm up. The alternating Tabata is exactly what it sounds like, you will alternate between the exercises every round. However, it will be scored as TOTAL REPS, not your lowest scored round. Who will break 150 reps?
