POST YOUR RESULTS!!
We have noticed less comments on the blog site lately and want to remind you to take the time to post all of your results...
This serves multiple purposes, but the biggest are...
1) Helps us as coaches to determine any scaling OR lack of scaling for a particular WOD...
2) MOTIVATION, especially on benchmark WODs...
You have an awesome tracking resource to use to see how well you have progressed from a month, 6 months or even several years ago until now, BUT YOU NEED TO POST IT FOR IT TO WORK!! :)
Let's try to get at least 20 comments on every WOD day from here on out!
