Snatch Skill Work (Heavy As Possible, But Perfect!)
3 Position Snatch
(Rep 1 - 2-4" Dip Into A Full Squat Catch)
(Rep 2 - Mid-thigh Into A High Squat Catch)
(Rep 3 - Slide To Knee Into A High Squat Catch)
* Take 4-6 Sets To Find Your Max

Back Squat 3X5 @ 80% Of Your Best One Rep
(OR 5-15# heavier than last week)

3xMax Reps Pull/Chin Ups/HSPUs
(Try to increase total reps by at least 2 or more from last week)
Combo With/
Core Stability Work
3x:25 Each
