POWER ENDURANCE:
Perform 1 Hang Power Snatch & 1 Power Snatch Every 1:30 For 10 Total Rounds
(The Goal Here Is To Get To Your Max Weight GRADUALLY & Hit It By The 9th Or 10th Round)
Start around 70% Of Your Best 1RM Snatch & Move Up Each Round...
GAMES GROUP ATHLETES (& ANY OTHER MEMBERS WHO ARE GAME:)):
Following the Snatch Workout...
Back Squat - 3 Sets x 5 Reps @ 83% Of Your Best 1RM (Same Weight Across All Sets)
Or 
Just 5-10# Heavier Than The Weight You Used Last Time
THEN...
Perform TWO MAX REP Sets Of Kipping Pull Ups OR Handstand Push Ups
** Get More Total Reps Than You Did Last Time We Did This!
